The Winter Sun Socks pattern is inspired by knitting inside on rainy gloomy days dreaming about sunshine. The colours in my sample socks remind me so much of warm sunshine.

CC: 10-20g|40 - 80m |43 - 87yd

ConstructionThis pattern is a cuff-down sock with a heel flap and gusset. The pattern is written for 9” | 23cm circular needles but can be adjusted to use magic loop or double pointed needles.

Gauge34 sts by 46 rounds per 4x4” | 10x10cm in stockinette stitch, worked in the round, after blocking.

SizesThree sizes: A (B, C), corresponding to a foot circumference of 6-7” (8-9”, 10-11”) | 15-18cm (20-23cm, 25-28cm) with 1” | 2.5cm negative ease. Cuff, leg, and foot lengths are all customizable, however adding length will increase yardage required.
