Winter Blues Pom Pom Hat

This is a lovely, quick and easy pattern. Super warm and comfy, ideal to make those winter blues disappear. This would also be great for men as well. (maybe without the pom-pom).

The hat is quite easy and suitable for a beginner as you only need to know basic stitches such as knit and purl, yet still interesting enough for an intermediate knitter who likes to relax whilst knitting.

The hat is knitted flat on two needles and joined together at the back. It is not knitted on a round.

I used a soft and cosy yarn from Schachenmayr. I picked this colour as it goes with so many things in my wardrobe. You can use any super chunky yarn / wool you like.

Would also look great on a man, perhaps without the pom pom !
