All parts are knitted flat and sewn up at the end. The bodies are knitted with DK (8-ply) weight yarn, and the scarves are knitted with 4-ply (fingering) weight yarn. Feel free to use your stash. The knitting skills required are the basic knit and purl, however, take care when you are assembling the body parts. Omit the knitting needles if you are giving it to a small child.
