This sock pattern is the result of me buying yet another ball of variegated sock yarn that I loved but had no idea what to do with. On announcing to my teenage son that I was going to knit it into a pair of socks for him, his reply was "whatever". Despite his initial lack of enthusiasm, they became his favourite socks and he soon asked for another pair (also pictured).
This is a unisex sock pattern that can utilise multi-coloured yarn without losing the pattern in the colour variations.
The pattern is charted, but is very easy to memorise. It's easy to knit in front of the TV but has just enough interest to stop you from going completely crazy.
