It is a good introduction to fair- isle knitting, as only part of the garment requires colour changes. The jumper is knitted flat and seamed after completion. It can be worn on its’ own or with a t shirt , blouse or jumper underneath it. The fair isle can be knitted either by using the chart or by reading the written instructions. If you would like a longer version simply add extra length before the armhole shaping.
