Victoria Boot Cuffs

This is a PDF crochet pattern to make a textured pair of boot cuffs in any size (custom or use size chart that is included). These boot cuffs are reversible (wear the texture on top or on the bottom) and they coordinate perfectly with my Victoria Beanie pattern.

Skill Level: Easy
