USPS Shoulder Strap Pad Cozy

This is a cozy for the pad on the shoulder strap of a Letter Carrier’s satchel. In the summer we wear lighter clothing and less layers. During this time the pad on the shoulder strap tend to rub and dig into the shoulder. This cozy has a plain top and ribbing on the bottom. The ribbing has two uses, keeping the cozy snug and in place as well as adding extra padding in the right spots. This is a must to knit for your letter carrier.
