Two rugby games

This headband works up quickly using fingering yarn held double, and is a great stash buster project. The thick squishy fabric makes a cosy ear warmer worn alone or would add a great additional layer of insulation under a hat on a very cold day. Use two strands of the same colour or mix your own crazy combination of multicoloured yarn.

The headband is sized to fit an average size woman’s head (approx 22”) - the headband itself measures about 17.5” around but negative ease is needed for a snug fit.

You need to be able to: work in the round, work from either charted or written instructions (the pattern stitch is both charted and given as written directions - take your pick!)

You need only one ball per colour in the suggested yarns.
