Tunisian Sampler Cowl

This cowl was designed as a sampler to try out a number of basic Tunisian crochet stitches.

The cowl in the photos has been worked in King Cole Finesse, a cotton/silk mix yarn, but could be worked in any DK weight yarn. A cotton or cotton mix yarn will give more drape.

If you want to make a wider cowl a thicker yarn could be used or you could start with more stitch as long as the final number is still a multiple of 4sts.

The pattern includes links to video demos of each of the basic Tunisian stitches.

The pattern can be worked as written or by just working 2 or 3 of the basic stitches if you prefer.
