Tubular Shells starts with a foundation chain the circumference as desired to fit over your head, then is worked downward in rounds until it is as deep as you wish. It then switches to connected rows for a lower border of filet crochet, then shells, then a final row of clusters and picots.
Use any weight yarn, and make it to any size you wish. Sure to be a fun and quick project!
