the special stitches create a thick and “squishy” fabric that is warm and toasty
the band is created not with rib, but with rounds of textured stitches
make this to whatever size you need - a multiple of 2 stitches is all that’s required!
Features:
a variation on traditional crochet “cross-stitch” adds to the thickness and texture of the design
the “cross-stitch”, in combination with the basic half stitch creates the look of a garden trellis
the brim can be created to be as wide/narrow as desired
