You will love to make this trash bag handbag crochet pattern. This classy handbag is made of trash bags. Yep! You heard it right, it is made of plarn also known as plastic yarn made entirely out of trash bags. It looks so pretty! Who would have known that the drab trash bags could look so stylish.

Plastic can be reused for creating art and crafts. This project is my initiative into reuse of plastic. I have used soft, thin plastic (polythene) trash bags for making this handbag. However, you can also recycle soft grocery bags for making plarn out of it.

I want to inspire others as well to use it for making useful things than just throwing it in the landfills. Let us all help the environment a little at a time.
