Tic Tac Knit

This pattern was written when I was on a knit retreat and wanted to buy some yarn, but had already bought a lot of yarn around that time. I made a deal with myself that if I wrote a pattern for that yarn I could buy it. As I progressed on the original scarf my knit group kept requesting the pattern. So, here it is.

The pattern includes cables, yarn overs and decreases to create blocks of x's and o's, similar to a Tic-Tac-Toe game.

There are both written directions and a chart available with this pattern. I have also included directions on widening the original scarf into a stole or a wrap by adding extra blocks.

The yarn requirement depends on the width chosen.
