Also if you make a mistake it is easier to correct!! I find the mattress stitch amazing for seaming panels together. Tassels are made and sewn in place (optional). I used an acrylic\/wool mix yarn as this can be machine washed on low temperatures, but you can use any aran\/worsted weight yarn.
