Product Description
I made my first Sleevescarf over nine years ago, and never could have guessed how much I would still love it today. It's my go-to scarf; partly because it has so many coordinated colors that despite being kind of loud it matches almost everything, and partly because I can shove my hands into the ends and not also have to remember mittens.
Great Project for using up yarn leftovers! Select a heavy worsted or Aran weight yarn you use frequently, get at least one skein to use for the borders and as the “main” stripe color, then add some half-skeins and leftovers in other colors.
Skills: knit, purl, knit and purl through back loop, knit in the round, knit flat, cast on, cast off, place sts on holder or scrap yarn. Includes brief tutorial for spit-splicing. Provisional cast on (optional).
