The Isabelle Headband

Designing a pattern that will be able to be worn across the generations can be a challenge.

I am so pleased that the Isabelle Headband pattern does just that, the feedback about the design has been so positive and everyone has commented on what a lovely design it has been to work up.

I was originally going to give this a different name and when I was asking for testers I showed it being worn by my granddaughter - she is called Isabelle and it suited her so well it couldn’t be called anything else!

I love a design with texture and this works beautifully in both a block colour or a variegated yarn.

Suitable for advanced beginners or someone ready for a couple of new stitches.

The band is designed to be snug so add multiples of 2Ch or FHDC to adjust to suit.

Made with an Aran/Worsted weight yarn it takes under 35g for even the largest size so great for quick projects and gifts to use up your ends of balls.
