Tendu Sweater

This lightweight, slightly cropped sweater features a wide elegant neckline and a simple scalloped lace pattern at the hem and cuffs. Delicate beading adds sparkle to the pale pink Suri Alpaca yarn to create a layering piece evocative of balletwear.

Tendu is worked seamlessly in the round. The body and sleeves are worked first, then joined for raglan shaping at the yoke. Both a chart and written instructions are included for the lace section, pattern can be worked using either.

Choose your smaller circular needle length according to size worked and preference, you may find it helpful to adjust the length used as you work through the body and yoke. DPNs or magic loop may be used for the sleeves. The larger needle can be any length and is only used for the cast on. Beads are applied with a crochet hook, so make sure your hook is small enough to fit through your chosen beads
