Swedish Spring is a top-down triangular shawl that begins with a subtle texture and stockinette stitch in the main body that transitions into a mesh arrow lace, and finishes with a pointy lace edging.

This pattern lends itself perfectly to that one special skein of sock yarn or other fingering weight yarns and results in a beautifully drapey fabric that is perfect for spring and transitional weather. Needles US 5 (3.75mm) 40" (100cm) circular needles

Gauge 17 stitches and 30 rows = 10 cm/4in in stockinette stitch after strong blocking (gauge is not critical for this shawl but will affect yarn requirement and finished size).
