Sunflowers - simple from scraps of yarn

Sunflowers spread good mood and look cheerful and carefree - at any time of the year.

The large sunflowers are, as a single blossom or flower or as a beautiful bouquet in a vase, a decorative eye-catcher and bring a cheerful color accent in your home. And as a gift, they are sure to put a smile on the face of the recipient immediately.

Material list:

Standard cotton yarn LL 125m/50g / Sport 12 wpi / 5 ply / fine)

approx. 18 g green

approx. 5 g brown

approx. 8 g yellow

Crochet hook 3.0 / US size 11 / UK size C

3 cosmetic pads made of cotton wool/fiber, commercially available or alternatively: fiberfill

approx. 50 cm aluminum foil, 30 cm wide (inexpensive quality is sufficient)

6 stiff flower wire, 16-20 gauge, 30 cm long

approx. 2 m craft wire/silver wire 26-28 gauge

approx. 2 m dark green florist crepe tape
