Description: Knit two Children’s Snowman Hats — a bobble hat with a pompom and a teabag hat with two pompoms. Both feature a cheerful Fair Isle snowman motif with snowflakes above. Worked flat on straight needles in double knitting (DK) wool, the pattern includes written instructions and a chart for the motif.
Sizes: Five sizes to fit children aged 6–12m, 1–2y, 2–3y, 4–5y and 6–7y.
Skill Level: Intermediate. Experience with Fair Isle colourwork and chart reading recommended.
Yarn: Double knitting wool (USA Light Worsted / AUS 8 Ply). Hats shown use Sirdar Snuggly DK and Stylecraft Special DK.
Needles: 3.25 mm and 4.0 mm (USA 3 and 6) straight needles.
