Snow night shawl

MaterialsYarn: Fingering weight yarn, 375 m/ 100g, 30% Alpaca, 70% merino from Yarns from Italy. Drops Kid-silk, 210m / 25g, 75% Mohair, 25% Silk. Approx. 821 yards, (750 m), 200 g of main yarn. 230 yards, (210 m), 25 g of mohair. You could use also different mohair scraps or fingering weight yarn instead of lace weight mohair.

Needles: US 4 (3.5 mm) needles. Other notions: Tapestry needle, stitch markers, blocking pins or wires.

Gauge22 sts and 40 rows 4” (10cm) in garter st on US 4 (3.5 mm) needles, with main yarn, after blocking. Gauge is not critical for this project, but differences will affect your yardage requirements and the finished size.
