Sleepy Mandala

An easy, unisex, dreamcatcher-like mandala pattern that you can adorn with sleep helping crystals, such as Amethyst and Rose Quartz (more suggestions and their properties are in the pattern).

If you (or someone you know) need some help drifting off this could be just what you need. Just hang above the head end of the bed and let the crystals do their work.

You can also use the pretty mandala as a meditative aid, to help you relax at bedtime.

All 3 of my children are terrible sleepers! Getting them to sleep has always been a challenge. This was my motivation for this design and I’m pleased to say it’s helping them.

It doesn’t use much yarn, even less if you don’t need to wrap your hoop. So it is great way to use up left over cotton.
