Signature

This shawl is knitted in garter stitch in segments. You will start with color 1 and create an asymmetric triangle (I). Using color 2 you will pick up stitches and work short rows resulting in a wedge (II). With color 3 a second wedge will be created in the opposite direction (III). If you like a small version, you can work the finishing I-Cord or for a bigger shawl a border (IV) and an I-Cord will finalize this shawl. This pattern is written for fingering weight yarn and yarn consumption and sizes are referred to this yarn weight.

Yarn 3 colors of Luxlove by Mme Benoir (70% Alpaca, 20% Silk, 10% Cashmere, 437 yards (400 meters) per 100g) or a fingering yarn which gives you required gauge.

Needle / hook 3mm (US 3) cable needle 80cm – or a needle which gives you the required gauge.

Gauge 22 stitches and 46 rows giving 10cm (4”) knitted in garter stitch after washing and blocking.
