Selda mitts and mittens are knitted seamlessly from the bottom to top. You need 2 colors with a strong contrast.

I’ve worked with Rosy Green Yarn Cheeky Merino Joy and Positive Ease Merino Singles. Sock yarn held double will also work well.

Size: one size, 25 cm long, hand circumference 20-25cm.

Yarn: sock 4ply or fingering weight yarn - both held double Amounts needed: MC 70g, CC 25g

Gauge: 24sts/26rnds = 4’’/10cm in colorwork

Needles and tools: DPNs or circular needles US2.5/3mm, US6/4mm, tapestry needle, scissors, waste yarn to facilitate the placement of afterthought thumb.
