Santa Sacks Advent Calendar Garland

This advent calendar garland is assembled with 25 Santa Sacks featuring 7 festive colourwork designs. Each sack is finished with a candycane-striped drawcord and a numbered button. The sacks are knitted flat and seamed together afterwards and can be embellished as you please.

Each finished sack measures approximately 6cm x 8cm.

Suggested yarn: Schachenmayr Baby Smiles Bravo Baby 4 Ply 100% Acrylic 50g/ball. The colour and design combinations of the photographed item uses 2 balls of Bordeaux colour 01131, 2 balls of Natur colour 01002, and 1 ball of Teal colour 01068.

You will also need:-

- 1 darning/wool needle for weaving in ends

- Embellishments: Numbered Advent Buttons; Gold glitter thread for tree star and tree decorations; small red beads for reindeer noses; mini white pom-poms for santa hats and ribbon bow for present.

- Length of Twine: You will need approximately 178 cm length of thick twine for hanging sacks plus a little extra for making loop each end.
