Ruffles and Frills Scarf

This scarf works up really quick and easy! So easy that a beginner with minimal skills could do it! The results are so very feminine and really pretty. It's a bit of a booger to keep stretching the yarn as you go, but once you get the hang of it, it does get easier and faster.

Scarf measures approximately 75” x 4” Skill Level: Easy Supplies: Size I Crochet Hook, 3.5 ounces Red Heart Boutique Sashay-#1934 Rumba Stitches used: ch(chain), sl st (slip stitch) Gauge is not important.
