The pattern is designed with beginners in mind and includes clear row-by-row written instructions and a detailed chart, so you can follow your preferred style. The blanket is knitted in one piece, instructions are given in both US and metric measurements.
I recommend 3.5 mm (US 4) needles, as the finished project tends to loosen after washing. Using larger needles will result in an even looser fabric. It’s best to use circular needles, as there are many stitches, but you can also use straight needles if that’s comfortable for you.
