Retro Daisies Pillow

This pillow is composed of retro inspired daisy granny squares. I am very excited to release this pattern because there is a video tutorial for the daisy granny square on my Youtube channel. It was the first video tutorial I made, and I am hoping to film some more tutorials soon!

I used Hobbii Rainbow Cotton 8/6 yarn for this pillow (100% cotton; 114 yd (50 g) skeins): 4 old rose, 3 vanilla, 1 pastel yellow, and 1 lime. It is a sport weight yarn; however, you can use any sport or dk weight yarn for this pillow. If you are using a different yarn, after you have finished crocheting the front side of the pillowcase, measure it, and then it will fit a pillow insert that is one to two inches longer than it.

Additionally, you will need an 18 by 18 in (46 by 46 cm) pillow insert, and 5 buttons (1.5 cm in diameter). The buttons allow the pillowcase to be taken on and off the insert. The pattern includes some pictures to demonstrate the steps. I hope you enjoy the pattern!
