Product Description
It is one piece hat worked in back and forth rows in stockinette stitch with German short rows and i-cord edges.
The techniques used in this pattern are: provisional cast on, stockinette stitch, German short rows, k2togtbl (ssk), i-cord. There are links on Youtube with all above mentioned techniques.
Sizes - S (55-57 cm/21,7 - 22,4 inches), M (58-60 cm/22,8-23,6 inches). The width of the hat is 32 cm (12.5 inches)/34 cm (13.3 inches), the height is 29 cm( 11.4 inches)/31 cm (12.2 inches). The model wears S-size with 56 cm head.
Yarn - Lamana Como (25 g - 120 m) - 100% merino superlight - approx. 35g (1,5 balls). You can also use Cardiff Cashmere Classic, Lang Yarns Cashmere Premium, Lang Yarns Cashsoft baby.
Gauge - 26 sts 42 rows in 10 cm x 10 cm
Needles - 3 mm (US 2,5) 100 cm (40 inches) circular needles.
Additional materials - 2.5 mm (US 2) DPNs, additional yarn of a contrasting color to make provisional cast on, sewing needle, 4 markers.
