Product Description
This colourful & cosy scarf is guaranteed to brighten up even the dullest Winter's day. It has been knitted in simple Garter Stitch in one flat piece, using a circular needle in order to accommodate the large number of sts. The clouds & raindrops are worked as flat pieces in Stocking Stitch, on a pair of single point needles then stitched onto the finished scarf.
The sample shown has been knitted in Chunky yarn, measures 63ins/ 160cms in length & would be suitable for an adult or teenager. If, you prefer a less bulky version (if, for example, you are knitting for a younger child), a scarf worked in Double Knit yarn on 255 sts will measure approx 54 ins/137 cms. The overall length of the scarf can easily be adjusted to your own requirements by increasing/decreasing the total number of sts cast on.
