Got 180-200 yards of worsted weight yarn? This intermediate crochet hat pattern is the perfect stash-buster! And, once you get used to the flow of the repeating pattern, this pattern works well for those nights when you want to crochet but want something a little mindless.

The pattern is worked from the top to the brim and fits most adults with a note included for more flexibility in the brim. It also incorporates a few key stitch techniques including, - puff st - back loop only - third loop only (Half double crochets have a third loop on their back side and working into them creates the fun chain-like ridges.)
