My inspiration for this pattern came from the yarn. Plymouth Aireado is light, soft, warm and cozy and I wanted to be wrapped up in it!
Poncho Liberté knits up in one Stockinette Stitch rectangle. It is finished using mattress stitch to graft the ends together to create the neck opening.
This garment utilizes the Intarsia technique, a knitting color-work technique that enables you to create different color blocks/panels/designs in your knitting projects while knitting with just one color of yarn at a time.
