Owl rib scarf 2yrs to adult

What could be nicer than a snugly scarf to wrap up in on those cold winter days? A scarf with a cute owl on, that’s what! The chunky/bulky yarn knits up quickly and is lovely and warm, and as this is an easy/intermediate pattern, the only skills you need to know are cast/bind on and off, knit, purl and very simple cable. (Even if you’ve never cabled before, you will still be able to do this cable! As long as you’ve got a cable needle!)

And it comes in 4 sizes - toddler, child, adult and large adult. Why not knit one for the whole family? Great for presents as well.

Yarn recommendations are given, although any chunky/bulky yarn is going to work as tension/gauge is not so important for scarves. Line by line instructions are given, in English, with British and American terms.
