Size: 299 stitches in width and 399 rows in height.
My tester, Haiche Calmeyn, used a 3.5 mm hook (US = E/4, UK = 9), and the measurements with the recommended yarn were 186 cm (73,22”) in width and 246 cm (96,85”) in height without the border, which can work for a King Size blanket.
The amount of yarn used for my tester without the border was: 20 Skeins, 4820 meters/5272 yards (colour Cream) and 15 Skeins, 3615 meters/3954 yards (colour Hazel)
