Ombre Snood

Ombre' Cowl Part of the Luxurious Layers Collection - pattern released June 10, 2017

This beginners' snood pattern has been designed specifically so that anyone can create this gorgeous headpiece and wear it with pride.

Features:

• DK yarn = a pattern which uses readily available yarn.
• Simple to make (beginner)
• Use 3 colors that you love together and create something special
• You need a 6mm hook.
• The snood can be worn in many configurations: - with the drawstring around the face or at the shoulders.   - the hood can be up or down like a cowl. - a child could even wear this as a poncho!

To create the color effect shown, I used 100m of Ombre (colour graduating) yarn, 53 meters of a contrast (teal) and 65 meters of a similar color (grey)
