Octavia Potholder

This double-sided potholder is worked in around as a tube, then sewn together at the bottom and top to have it lay flat and display the design on each side. It can easily be worked up in whatever size needle you desire to increase or decrease the size. I like cotton yarn for my potholders, but I am aware that some like to use wool....You can use whatever wool or cotton as long as it is worsted weight. Both have the same heat resistance ratings. I like the cotton because it is easily washed in the washer. Please share any photos you have of projects you have made from this pattern. I would love to see them.
