Product Description
This oversize sweater is worked in pieces: back, front and two sleeves. The pieces are worked from the ribbed bottom edging up. The neckband is worked in the round from stitches picked up from the neck edge after the pieces are seamed. The sleeves are a modified dropped shoulder construction. The garment is intended to be worn with 25.5-40cm/10-15.75" positive ease. The model (size 81.5cm/32") is wearing size 2.
The Nubian Queen image in the front of the garment is knitted using the inatrsia colourwork method and worked from a chart.
The name, Nubian Queen, is used to describe a beautiful strong woman who is unapologetic about who she is.
