I have been crocheting since 2022, and this year was my best friend’s 50th birthday. I knew I wanted to create something special & unique for her. This blanket was a true labour of love and joy to crochet. It took me 4.5 months from start to finish (I have a day job!)

I did not want to create lots of bobble heart granny squares & then sew them together. I started thinking about how I can make a seamless blanket without the hundreds of ends to sew!

I took the granny squares then worked out the pattern in my head.

I have finally written this pattern & I hope you love making this blanket for your loved ones. It is a unique piece and will be a true showpiece in any home.

The yarn used is Caron Simply Soft in white with a 4mm crochet hook. You can use any yarn with corresponding crochet hook.
