No Purl Crescent Shawlette

The No Purl Crescent Shawlette is quick and easy to knit up using worsted weight yarn and big needles. Choose a ribbon yarn or mohair for a chunky look. The shawlette knits up great in fine yarn as well creating a delicate airy look. Go up two needle sizes from what is recommended on the skein label. The knitted fabric must be quite loose. Swatch the pattern on different size needles to find the look of the fabric you like most.

The shawlette on the photo above is knitted up in Impression by Louisa Harding, 70 gr. / 2.5 oz.  52 rows were knitted. Finished size 54 x 15 inches (138 x 38 cm). 

Size is adjustable. Gauge is not crucial.
