Product Description
If you’re unfamiliar with the Harry Potter series, or familiar with it but not obsessed with every tiny detail (ahem, like me), then here’s a brief overview of a Harry Potter creature called The Niffler. A niffler is a small, fluffy animal with a long snout, found mostly in mines. Nifflers have a great love of gold, shiny things, and coins- anything sparkly catches their attention. If they ever find themselves in a house, they will turn the house upside down in their quest for anything sparkly. So, not a good house pet. What do nifflers like? Gold sparkly coins. What are these mittens? Gold, sparkly, and covered in coin cables. A true niffler’s delight for all the Harry Potter nerds out there.
These mittens start with an i-cord cast-on. There is a panel of ribbing on the back of the wrist to maintain a good fit whilst not interrupting the coin cable pattern. The top is grafted together with Kitchener stitch.
