2 balls of 100g – 46m each ball – classified as Super Bulky/Super Chunky (14 ply). (You will need approx. 200g, or 92m of yarn for this scarf) You can use Lion Brand “Thick & Quick” – these balls are 340g – 204m – so you would only need one ball. Lion Brand “Hometown” would also be a perfect yarn to use. If you want one wider or longer, simply add one more ball. Size 10.00mm circular needle (US size 15) – knitted in the round (80cm / 31.5”) Yarn/darning needle for seaming Stitch marker (if you don’t have one, simply loop a contrasting colour piece of wool) This pattern and wool used makes an 180 cm wide (72”) and is approx 15cm in height (6”). If you would like a wider or longer, you can increase the number of stitches cast on by say 10 and then add a few more rounds before you cast off.
