Mystic Embers was designed during the summer, after I had spent many hours by the campfire. I’ve always been entranced by fires, and I can spend hours just gazing into them.
Mystic Embers is an advanced lace pattern. The pattern is charted, and there is lace patterning on both the right-side and wrong-side rows. The construction features a provisional cast-on. After the body is knit along with the lace edging on the long sides, there is a matching lace-edging to knit on each short side of the stole.
