Mo'Rockin' Sunrise Ponchette

The Mo'Rockin' Sunrise Ponchette was inspired by the joy of watching the sun rise in the east as it slowly climbs higher in the sky.

By choosing a light weight yarn to create two different pieces, this short poncho (ponchette) offers two distinct looks to be paired with your favorite warm weather outfits.

Through the use of extended and tall stitches a unique shape is created that drapes wonderfuully across the shoulders. Show off both sides by wearing it like a cape with an option to keep it secure with a brooch (instructions included), or show off just one side by lacing the two pieces together to be worn as a short poncho.

If you prefer to create a breezy or warmer poncho, you can make two pieces of each side.
