Maruv crochet boho shawl with tassels

♡ Lovely stash buster shawl made of separate motifs joined together with the join-as-you-go method (explained), with mesh border and tassels added. Shown in West Yorkshire Spinners Bo Peep Luxury Baby DK yarn, but any Sport/DK weight yarn will work for this pattern.

♡ Every row or rnd in both square and triangle motifs is worked with RS facing, in the same direction, and with a different color: after you have finished a row/rnd, cut the yarn and weave in its end, then attach the next color yarn in the corner space and work the next row/rnd.

♡ Gauge: One 5-rnd square = 4¾”x4¾”/12x12cm (not critical but may affect yarn consumption)
