MARA Hat

The MARA hat is a chunky knit hat that keeps you extra warm thanks to its extra-thick brim. It knits up super-

fast with 10 mm needles and is ideal for beginners.

The hat is knitted from brim to crown. First, the brim is worked in garter stitch in the round. The main

body is worked in stockinette stitch and decreases for the crown are worked on the RS of the work.

Techniques used: long tail cast-on, garter stitch and stockinette stitch in the round, right leaning

decreases.
