Product Description
The Magnolia crochet beret is made vertically, flat, in one piece. Repeating panels are connected as you go. The Magnolia stitch pattern is created using short rows and slip-stitch variations smoothly integrated into the ribbing. Sewn with one stitch with a tapestry needle.
Panel stitch height variations are based on a foundation chain:
Panel 36 – chain 36 sts, 5 panels.
Panel 40 – chain 40 sts, 5-6 panels.
The choice can depend on your head circumference, the gauge swatch measurements, and your preferences.
The panel of the Magnolia stitch pattern is very wide, which is why it can consist only of 5 or 6 panels.
