Little Christmas Party

All components are knitted flat and stitched together at the end. The knitting skills required are the basic knit and purl techniques; however, extra care is needed during assembly. Due to their small size, some may find the process a bit tricky.

The two larger mice share the same fundamental body pattern. They may require support to stand upright. Cotton swabs can be inserted to support the legs, although you can choose to omit them if preferred. The outfits are positioned and sewn onto the mouse body once it is assembled and are not removable.

Tails are created using i-cord. While double-pointed needles (DPNs) are useful for working i-cords, they can also be made without them. The pattern provides instructions for this method.

For the hedgehog, the spikes are crafted using loop stitches, with the technique also illustrated through photographs in the pattern.
