These are patterns for four 4" x 4" blocks that present some interesting and fun-to-make techniques.

Originally presented as part of a Mystery crochet-along on the Julie Yeager Design’s board, as the first pattern in a series of six, all patterns are now available as part of The Garden State e-book.

But you can produce a lovely afghan with just these four patterns.
