I designed this for my fur baby Trixi! She wears it for Christmas as her special Christmas Dress. Happy Knitting!
Because so many people have asked, I have added a link to a YouTube video I made regarding how to attach the ruffle edge to the pattern.

Correction: I have changed the pattern so that the ruffle edge is attached immediately no bind off required first.
