The overall stitch pattern draws inspiration from Barbara Walker's "Chinese Checkers" design but has been completely reworked and simplified for accessibility. A key advantage of this simplified approach is that all pattern work is completed on the right side of the fabric, leaving the wrong side as rest rows. This design choice makes the pattern more manageable for intermediate-level knitters.

Needles and Construction
